If you've purchased RapidWeaver or another product directly from us and are not happy with it, let us know within 14 days and we'll issue you a refund.
To obtain your refund please forward on your original email receipt from your purchase, while you don't have to do this, it does make it much quicker for us to find and process.
We generally issue refunds within 48 hours (often quicker), no questions asked within 14 days. Although we do like to know why you'd like a refund so we can improve our products.
Refund for an App Store Purchase
If you've purchased RapidWeaver or another product via the App Store or Mac App Store, you'll need to contact Apple for a refund. Unfortunately, Apple doesn't allow developers to issue refunds, so this is the only way to get one.
